A native of North Carolina, Martha Pearson has lived in all three corners of the Triangle. Having grown up in Durham, and lived in both Chapel Hill and Raleigh, she knew what kind of community she wanted to live in. In 1996 she and her husband, Kent, bought ten acres of land just off the Haw River, through Heartwood Realty. There was only one problem with the land as an investment- they fell in love with it and the Chatham community. They moved into a custom home they built on the property in 1998, and got busy raising their two boys. Active in the community, Martha is ready to answer any questions you may have about the rich opportunities available in this area, and is waiting to help you put your roots down in Chatham County, too.
